What is your processing time?
I ship within 2 business days which are Monday-Friday excluding major US holidays and when USPS offices are closed.
What are your return policies?
I accept returns under the following conditions:
**Only if the item is not as described.
1. Contact me within 3 days of delivery (14 in EU).
2. Return ship within 7 days of delivery (14 days of contact in EU).
3. Must be in original condition.
4. Refund given when merchandise received in original condition.
**If item is damaged please take photos of shipping materials damage and damaged jewelry and keep those items so a claim can be filed with USPS. The same time frames apply.
Will you reserve an item? What are your policies?
I reserve items for 24 hours. At the time of reservation I will place "Reserved for (your Etsy name) in front of the title.
Reservations expire in 24 hours. I will send you a message in "conversations" giving you the expiration date and time.
What are your Domestic Shipping (USA) Policies?
